Physical activity can improve your physical health, mental well-being and cognitive function! Join the Department of Health and Human Performance, the Public Health Student Association, and Campus Recreation on Reading Day to take a study break. We will have active games to keep your heart pumping and your juices flowing – and to distress as you head into finals!
Games will include:
- Spike ball
- Corn hole
- Disc golf and frisbee
- Ladder toss
- Giant parachute
- Hula Hoop
- Jump Ropes
- Giant Parachute!
Snacks and educational information about how to stay healthy and active during the busy and stressful time around finals will also be provided.
Rain Location: In the event of inclement weather, this event will be moved into the UTC Aquatics and Recreation Center (ARC).
