The former Post-Masters Certificate in Academic Nursing Education (PM ANE) program is transitioning to a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) Program track. Pending UTC approval, our first DNP cohort will start in January 2023. No students may be enrolled in the DNP degree offering until it is approved.
The DNP program of study for Academic Nurse Educators comprises seven semesters of full-time study (two years and one semester). Students who begin full time study in the Spring will graduate in 28 months. Extended option (part-time) programs of study are also available to meet student need. Admission criteria for the DNP program remain the same as the current PM ANE program.
