Your Exercise Rx for Health

Physical activity is a key component in achieving a healthy lifestyle and disease prevention.  In contrast, physical inactivity accounts for a significant proportion of premature death worldwide.  Our healthcare professionals in University Health Services can provide you with the information and assistance you need to develop better physical activity and exercise habits.  Providers will direct you to our exercise specialists in Campus Recreation who are trained to develop a plan designed specifically to meet your needs.

A partnership between UTC's Campus Recreation, University Health Services, and Health and Human Performance is the key to EIM success.
