The Department of Facilities Planning and Management at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga is hosting the 29th annual TNAPPA Conference in May 2018. The event will be held on the university's campus in Chattanooga, TN.

Call for Proposals

The upcoming TNAPPA Annual Conference will be hosting twelve 45-minute workshops on Tuesday, May 15th.  This Conference educates facilities professionals from all institutions of higher education across Tennessee in all areas of facilities planning and management.  Topics include, but are not limited to: Construction/renovation; building envelope; energy management; water conservation; HVAC; electrical; safety/risk management; transportation; custodial; grounds; building design; planning; maintenance, and others.


To be considered as a presenter, please submit the following to TNAPPA2018@utc.edu:

  •  Name, credentials and brief biography of presenter(s)
  •  Name of organization and type (government, private, not-for-profit)
  •  Title of Presentation
  •  Short narrative
  •  Presentations materials you may have developed.
  •  Audio/visual needs

Our TNAPPA Workshop Team will meet the week of March 19th to review topics, narratives and presentation materials to make final decisions.

Until then, we will continue to receive requests for consideration via email.  Final decisions will made the week of March 19th, and email confirmation will be sent to you.  Please note that your interest in presenting is much appreciated.  However, there are limited slots, and the TNAPPA Workshop Team may have to make difficult decisions.  Therefore, your presentation material is key to making an informed choice.
