Using Advocacy to Elevate the Status of Women in Tennessee

This session will explore why Tennessee ranks #49 in the US in the status of women and how we can move toward #1.  We will look at 7 indicators of the status of women, including political participation, employment and earnings, and safety and violence and how the Women's Fund is using advocacy, philanthropy, and coordinated partnerships to advance women and girls in each of the 7 areas.  This session is open to everyone, especially those interested in equity and advocacy.  No maximum number of participants.
