In the subject title of your email: Question for [date of event] - Questions submitted without a clear determination of what event they are designated for may require follow up Questions must be submitted no less than 2 business days prior to event, so moderators can review and submit the questions to guest speakers

Not all questions may be answered in the live event format due to time constraints. If your question is not answered in an event every attempt will be made to answer your question via email. Questions of a similar topic may be grouped together and answered as a whole. Moderators reserve the right to submit or omit any questions that do not align with the university code of conduct.
