Completing the Learning and Leadership Exit Survey
Every graduate is requested to complete the Learning and Leadership Doctorate Exit Survey online prior to or immediately following graduation. Following approval and acceptance of the Dissertation by the Graduate School, the Program Office will email the candidate the survey link during the final week in the semester in which the candidate completes the Dissertation process.
Diploma Mailing Policy
The diploma mailing policies may be accessed online through the Records Office website (link: Records Office - select Graduation from the left-hand menu). Upon request, a degree completion statement may be applied to the official transcript by the Records Office to indicate all degree requirements have been met. Please note that these requests will be honored only if the Dissertation has been successfully defended, uploaded to UTC Scholar, and approved by the Graduate School Dean. Distance students may arrange to have regalia orders shipped from the UTC Bookstore to a home address by contacting the Bookstore Assistant Manager at 423.425.5362 or firstname.lastname@example.org, preferably 8-10 weeks prior to the Commencement ceremony. Please be prepared to provide your shipping and payment information. Any questions regarding graduation regalia may be directed to the staff at the UTC Bookstore (link: Bookstore).
