Amy received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga (UTC) in 2011. As a student worker and intern for the Disability Resource Center (DRC) during her undergraduate career, Amy was a part of the beginning stages of the MoSAIC program and has continued her work with these students since then.

After graduation, Amy left UTC to work as a Job Coach for an organization that partnered with a local school district to provide services to graduating seniors with developmental disabilities. In 2012, she came back to UTC as the Program Specialist for the DRC and then completed her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling with a focus in Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) in December of 2014. Amy is now working toward certification in applied behavioral analysis. Amy has presented at many local, regional and national professional conferences about the impact of ASD.
