Employee Registration Process

The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga is committed to adhering to the Americans with Disabilities Act-Amendments Act (ADA-AA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act. The disability accommodation process at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga is designed to explore reasonable accommodations for staff and faculty with disabilities in a deliberative and interactive way.  Accommodations are determined on a case-by-case basis as part of a cooperative effort between the employee and appropriate University personnel. This process is designed to be consistent and transparent with the focus on finding a reasonable and agreed upon accommodation.
