Neil Farrell is one of two associate directors of development at Chattanooga. He came on board in October of 2018 and impacts key efforts with the Mocs Club and C Club.
 
Farrell most recently served as development coordinator at the Air Force Academy. He spent one year in that role after a stint as ticket operations intern at the Academy. Farrell was in charge of fundraising for the Excellence in Athletics Fund working directly with boxing, men’s and women’s swimming, men’s soccer and the Falcons spirit squad.
 
The Orchard Park, N.Y., native was VCU’s graduate assistant for operations with the men’s basketball program before the move into athletics administration at Air Force. Farrell worked with all aspects of the Rams program including player development, opponent scouting, as well as alumni and community outreach.
 
He earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees at VCU. The undergraduate program was kinesiology before completing the advanced degree in Athletic Administration.
