About the Program

Through interactive large and small group sessions led by trained facilitators, participants will have the opportunity to identify and apply core values to decision making; to discuss concepts of leadership; to discuss personal experiences/challenges; and to discuss expectations of men on a college campus.

This experience is free and open to enrolled male students in good conduct and academic standing with the University. Lodging, meals, and transportation is provided by the Office of the Dean of Students. Selected participants need to be available during the entire Institute in order to attend.
