- Emu Aragon, M.S.
- Counseling Center
Previously an intern at UTC’s Counseling Center during the 2017-2018 school year, Emu is happy to be back in the Fall of 2019 as a full-time counselor. He received his B.S. in Clinical Psychology, as well as his M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern Adventist University. Prior to joining the counseling staff at UTC, Emu spent a year in community mental health working with court-ordered minors in the juvenile court system and their families as an intensive in-home therapist. Emu is excited to be working with young adults at UTC and particularly enjoys working with students through LGBT+ issues, family of origin issues, relationship issues, and trauma, as well as anxiety and depression. Outside of counseling, Emu enjoys singing professionally in local choirs, spending time with his two dogs, reading, watching movies, and going out to eat with friends.
