Public input sought on Chattanooga services

In an effort to reach out to the local Chattanooga community, UTC professors Dr. Stephanie Bellar and Dr. David Edwards have partnered with the Community Research Council to hold a series of community meetings during the month of August.

The meetings are aimed at gathering feedback from various neighborhoods across Chattanooga about the services the city provides. Citizens will have the opportunity to express their values of these services and offer suggestions on how the services should be administered.

Area citizens are invited to attend the meeting in their neighborhood or a meeting that corresponds with their schedules.

Meeting Dates:

  • Thursday, August 18 @ the South Chattanooga Recreation Center, 6 - 8 p.m.
  • Monday, August 22 @ the Wyatt Recreation Center, 6 - 8 p.m.
  • Thursday, August 25 @ the Patten Recreation Center, 6 - 8 p.m.
  • Saturday, August 27 @ the Brainerd Recreation Center, 10 a.m. - noon
