Emergency Financial Aid
Administered by the UTC College of Engineering and Computer Science (CECS) College Scholarship Committee, the emergency financial relief program for current CECS student experiencing recent financial hardship has the following important parameters:
- Student must be experiencing a true emergency. Failure to properly plan for academic expenditures is not considered an emergency.
- There is an annual limit of $2,000 per student that students can request.
- Multiple requests per student will not be considered.
- Students must first take advantage of all offered financial aid, including student loans, prior to being considered for emergency aid.
