Director of MBA Progam
Christine Estoye earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Tennessee Chattanooga and a BA in Liberal Studies and German from the College of St. Benedict in St. Joseph, MN. Before heading the UTC MBA program, she worked for a variety of for-profit and non-profit organizations in the computer software, government, healthcare and education sectors. She enjoys traveling and trying new foods, especially when those areas intersect.

Graduate Career Coach
Jennifer Vancil has more than 10 years experience coaching MBA students in career transition. She is certified as a Global Career Development Facilitator and as a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach. She earned a Master of Education in Adult Education Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Alaska Anchorage and is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado Boulder. She is inspired by art, music, theatre, and books and loves to visit the mountains.
