About the Course
Emerging Managers is a 6-week, highly interactive program that explores the basic functions of management and gives participants the opportunity to practice management skills necessary for success. As a new or emerging manager, it is important to develop an understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with being a supervisor while ensuring that organizational goals are met effectively and efficiently. Through self-assessments, role playing and team activities, participants will learn and understand the “dos and don’ts” of leading others, and gain the confidence to be successful in their role.
