Description:
American Red Cross Lifeguard candidates will learn the skills needed to prevent and respond to emergencies in a clear water aquatics facility. The course includes Lifeguarding, CPR for the Professional Rescuer, and First Aid. The certification will be valid for two years. To enroll in this course you must be at least 15 years old. Candidates must also be able to swim 300 yards continuously, retrieve a 10 pound weight from 10 feet of water, and tread water for 3 minutes.

Description:
Instructor candidates will learn how to teach infant, preschool, youth, and adult swimming lessons.  Candidates will also learn how to teach community water safety.  Instructor candidates must be 16 years or older and be able to swim all six strokes in order to take this course.

Description:
The Lifeguarding Instructor (LGI) course trains instructor candidates to teach American Red Cross student-level courses, including Lifeguarding, First Aid and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuers and Health Care Providers. Description:
The Certified Pool and Spa Operator (CPO) certification provides individuals with the basic knowledge, techniques, and skills of pool and spa operations. This certification, through the National Swimming Pool Foundation, is valid for five years and is accepted across the United States.

Description:
This review course is designed to review the lifeguarding skills and core knowledge points required to recertify in lifeguarding. 2 year certification.  To participate in the review course, the individual must possess and provide proof of a current American Red Cross Lifeguarding/First aid/CPR/AED certificate or and American Red Cross Lifeguarding/First aid/CPR/AED certification.  
Please Note: If the Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR/AED certificate is expired by more than 30 days, participants must take the full Lifeguarding course.

Description:
As an EMT, firefighter, athletic trainer or lifeguard, is it your duty to respond to cardiac or breathing emergencies until more advanced medical personnel can take over.  From assessing needs and making decisions to providing care, this program provides the skills you need through discussion, video and hands on training based on real-life rescue scenarios.

Description:

This American Red Cross course will teach you how to protect yourself from pathogens found in blood and other body fluids.  Additionally, you will learn how to clean up biohazard spills using proper and safe techniques.

Refund Policy:

Once payment for services or programs are received, partial refunds may be given in special circumstances. To apply for a refund, you will need to completed the 'Customer Refund Request' form. All requests for refunds must be submitted 48 hours prior to the event to be considered. There is a $50 or 50% charge (50% for services that are equal or lesser value than $100.00) for withdrawing from a course or class. Programs may be cancelled due to a minimum number of participants not registering or because of inclement weather. In this case, a full refund will be issued.
