Place EMS Events on the University’s Master Calendar
When creating a reservation, on the same window you enter the event name and group/contacts select the “User Defined Fields” tab
On the “User Defined Fields” tab, select “Display on Master Calendar?”
Once “Display on Master Calendar?” is highlighted in blue, select “Set Value”
A new window will display with a drop down menu. Select the chevron to access a list of options.
Locate the name of the Master Calendar that you would like for this event to be displayed on from the list.
Once you have selected a calendar name, click “OK”
Once you are finished with the Reservation Wizard and Select “Finish,” a request is automatically sent to the Master Calendar team for approval.
