How can I reserve a space on campus?
The spaces featured on this site can be requested online here. If the space you are requesting has a rental fee associated with it, a deposit will be required to reserve the space.
How far in advance can I book?
Reservations are accepted up to a year and a half in advance.
How do I see if a space I want to book is available?
When you go to submit your reservation request online here, you can actually see the availability of the space you want to book. If you choose a date when the space is not available, the online system will let you know by not showing the space as an option for you to choose.
Are there any additional spaces near the chapel I can book for my bridal party to get ready?
Unfortunately, space on campus is very limited, and the only prep area we are able to offer at this time is the bridal suite immediately beside Patten Chapel. This space is included with the rental of Patten Chapel.
Do I have to use certain vendors?
At this time, there are no restrictions on vendors you may use in these rentable spaces.
Is there a space on-campus near the chapel I can hold my wedding reception?
Again, space on campus is very limited, and at this time we are unable to accommodate wedding receptions. If needed, our event staff may be able to suggest some local venues around town that are popular reception locations.
