- NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR THE RESEARCH SCHOLAR AWARDS: The William H. Wheeler Center for Odor Research requests proposals for the Research Scholar award. The award provides up to $20,000 per year (renewable for up to three years) to support projects related to the scientific study of odor. Only full-time UTC faculty are eligible to apply. The deadline for the current competition is October 27, 2008. The RFP and the Wheeler Research Scholar Application can be found under "Grant Opportunities" on the Wheeler Odor Center website.
