WUTC completes spring drive
WUTC-FM 88.1, the public radio station licensed to The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, has successfully completed its membership drive. Generous listeners to the radio station donated more than $140,000 toward programming costs.
“This is the most money we have ever raised during a spring drive,” said Dr. John McCormack, WUTC Station Manager. “As always, we are appreciative of the support of our listeners.”
WUTC is the area’s source for programs from National Public Radio. Listener favorites include “Morning Edition,” “All Things Considered,” “Car Talk,” and “Wait, Wait, Don’t Tell Me.”
Contributions to the membership drive can be made online at wutc.org or by calling 423/425-4756.
