Dr. Geevarghese's primary expertise is in the area of sociological theory and methodology. He makes use of his broad educational background to create sociological theory from a multi- disciplinary perspective, and to then apply that theory to the resolution of socio-economic problems. He has created "A General Theory of Human Behavior," and has written extensively on the concepts of "Time Dollar" and the "Time-Based Society." His primary areas of teaching interest include introductory sociology, sociological theory, small group behavior, and the sociology of religion.
Dr. Geevarghese is on phased-retirement and will be teaching in the Fall and Summer semesters.
