Annual Safety & Health Audit
POLICY:
Per University of Tennessee System-Wide Policies on Safety & Health, the UTC Department of Safety and Risk Management will assist University Wide Administration in accomplishing an annual safety and health evaluation, review and audit of the UTC campus.
PROCEDURE:
The UTC Department of Safety and Risk Management is responsible for:
- At the time of the audit, have available for review any documents requested by UWA during pre-audit or listed as a key factor.
- Assist UWA auditors in site visits while on the UT Chattanooga campus.
- Following completion of audit, the Department of Safety and Risk Management will review the written audit report and, if necessary, seek clarification of any findings prior to set abatement dates.
- Abate any audit findings within the time frame provided by UWA.
