Exhibitor Information

Thank you for your considering the 2nd Annual Best Practices conference as a venue to display your products and services. We look forward to hosting your organization in the spring. Below you will find general information regarding registration, lodging and schedules.

 

General Information

Exhibitor Fee is $750.00. Fee includes: six foot table/booth space with two chairs; advertisement in the conference program; Business cards and general info can be collected on site—However, Exhibitors may not sell products or collect payment at the booth.The exhibit hall will be open to attendees during scheduled times. The UTC campus will open the exhibit hall to the general campus population throughout the day in order to capitalize on advertising your products and services.

For additional advertisement or to sponsor any refreshments, IT resources, hospitality/networking sessions, or general conference support, please contact shelbey-thompson@utc.edu .

 


Registration

Registration Form. Payment can be made via check or credit card. To pay with check, please mail completed registration form and check as indicated on the registration form. To pay with credit card go to this website and fill out the form. When asked which course, type in "Exhibitor for Emergency Conference". Please email shelbey-thompson@utc.edu a copy of the completed registration form provided here so that we may capture additional information for name badges, Fed ID, etc.

The conference has negotiated the GSA rate at two hotels for your convenience. To reserve your room online, please use the links provided below and reference the group code: BPC. To reserve a room via phone, please call the number provided and reference the "Best Practices Conference" to receive the GSA rate. This block of room is only available until February 13th.

Exhibit Hall Schedule

The conference is a two and a half day event that takes begins at 8:30am Tuesday, March 11, and ends at 12:30pm on Thursday, March 13. Here is a draft schedule to help you with your travel plans. Speakers and topics will be updated on the schedule very soon. Lunch will be available on campus or within walking distance. You may also take the city bus for lunch.
