Faculty and staff who turned out to enjoy an indoor picnic with a 1950s theme at MacClellan Gym. Valerah Hodges, Chair of the Employee Relations Committee, planned the event for new and returning faculty and staff. Fifties music, good food and door prizes were available. A team of judges taste- tested homemade desserts.
“A big thanks to Aramark who catered to our every whim and really went the extra mile,” Hodges said. “The ‘bake off’ contest resulted in earnings of $71.60, which will be put in the Professional Career Development Fund through Personnel for non-exempt development use.”
