Parent & Family Weekend
The New Student and Family Programs Office in partnership with the Dean of Students Office cordially invites you to participate in the 2013 UTC Parent & Family Weekend. This fun filled weekend offers an opportunity to explore Chattanooga and the UTC campus!
We hope you will be able to join us and take advantage of all of the special Parent & Family Association Weekend activities. Registration is required and space is limited so please reserve your space today!

- Tour of campus and attend a future Mocs Admission session.

- Registration fee
The cost is $ 25 per person for parents and adult guests and $ 15 per person for children (17 years of age and under). Registration costs for Parent and Family Weekend are all inclusive. We do not currently offer an a la carte registration model. Your registration fee covers the cost of event tickets, including entrance to UTC football game and tailgate and food at the events. The registration fee also includes parking on campus, breakfast on Saturday, UTC giveaways and door prizes. Overnight accommodations are not included in the registration fee. We will send a list of Chattanooga hotels with the registration confirmation.
Once your registration form(s) and payment have been received you will receive a confirmation email with more details about the event.
- How to Register for the Program
Please fill out the registration form for each guest that will be attending the weekend. The cost for the entire weekend is $25 per person for adult guests and $15 per person for children (17 years of age and under). Current UTC students that plan on attending with their family do not need to register for the event. You may write one check for all attendees. Please send the completed registration form with check or money order (payable to UTC) to:

- Additional Information
If you only wish to attend the UTC football game but do not wish to participate in other Parents & Family Weekend activities, you should contact the Athletic Ticket Office at (423) 425-4495 or online at gomocs.com regarding football ticket availability and costs.

This reception style event is designed to connect incoming UTC students and family members with alumni, staff, and current UTC students from their respective areas. The connections created during our Summer Send-Offs help new students feel a part of the Chattanooga family before arriving in August.

First Year Kick-Off (during Welcome Week)
The New Student & Family Programs Office welcomes our incoming students during this event which features an official greeting, food, and fun!
Sponsored by the New Student & Family Programs Office, incoming students are guided by UTC faculty and staff through the First Year Reading Experience as part of their transition to the University. Find out more!
