New Faculty Orientation TENTATIVE AGENDA

DATES:  August 4-8, 2014; 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

 

Times:

Registration:  8:15 - 9:00 pm

 

Morning Plenary Sessions:  9:00 - 1:00 pm (includes lunch)  Morning sessions are strongly suggested for all new faculty.

 

Afternoon Concurrent Sessions:  1:00 - 4:00 pm with repeated sessions (and some required sessions).  These sessions will be open to all UTC employees, including adjuncts.  Deans and Department Heads Training is also held the afternoons of August 4 - 7.

For Payroll...

  • Social Security Card (original) AND Drivers License OR Passport OR Other I-9 verification material

  • Bank deposit slip (for direct deposit [required])

For Health Benefits...

  • Beneficiary name, address, social security number, date of birth
  • Dependent names, addresses, social security numbers, dates of birth (see form and information below)
