You MUST choose ONE retirement plan. Mandatory, 5% of your salary will be contributed to the retirement plan you choose:

 

Health Benefits (Time Sensitive)
May choose ONE plan, 80% of actual premium paid by the State of Tennessee, employee’s 20% portion is pre-tax.

May choose ONE plan, benefit is paid totally by employee, pre-tax.
