Wear a Costume!
Priest's breakout into large-scale genre popularity was her bestselling steampunk novel Boneshaker (2009), which won the Locus Award for Best Science Fiction Novel. She has since published several more novels set in Boneshaker's extravagant nineteenth-century continuity, which she has dubbed the “Clockwork Century.”
Take Cherie's advice and get into the Halloween spirit with a steampunk costume inspired by the Clockwork Century.
