  • All items are billed at a market value replacement cost plus a $5.00 non-refundable processing fee.
  • In lieu of paying the replacement cost, patrons may request to provide a replacement of the lost or damaged item.
      • Patrons must contact the library for information on providing a replacement. 
      • The library will provide the patron with a link to an acceptable replacement and directions for delivering the replacement to the library.
      • If a patron brings in a copy of an item for replacement without having first contacted the library, the library reserves the right to not accept the replacement.  The replacement item will be reviewed and the patron will be notified regarding the decision.  If the item is not accepted, a link to an acceptable copy will be provided to the patron.
  • Patrons are responsible for the bill on the account until an acceptable replacement is supplied or the bill is paid in full.
