There are three options available for the mailing of your acceptance packet and I-20.
Send by Regular Overseas Mail—overseas mail takes 4 to 6 weeks. If you want the I-20 sent by regular overseas mail, please respond with a complete mailing address. The packet will then be prepared for mailing and an email notification of the date leaving the ISS Office will be sent.
Send by Express Mail—UT Chattanooga uses an express mail service that will allow you to receive the acceptance packet and I-20 through DHL or FedEx in 3-5 days. Requesting your immigration documents through express mail is at the STUDENTS expense and students may pay with a credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Discover cards only). To request express mailing of your documents, go to the following website (works best with Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox browsers). https://study.eshipglobal.com
Use the website provided above. Do not log in through DHL or FedEx websites. If you choose the Express Mail option, all communication will go through the eshipglobal service, who will notify us that you are requesting the I-20 sent via Express Mail.
You will need to create a user name and password to use the account. To request shipment, you will need your UT Chattanooga student id number, mailing address, email address, phone number and credit card information.

Departmental mailing—there may be specific UTC departments that have the capability to mail the acceptance packet and I-20. Please ask your department of acceptance to determine if you qualify. Undergraduate athletes will need to ask their respective coach. Notify the ISS Office when you receive a response from the department. We will prepare the documents for pick up for eligible students.
