Dana Moody came to UTC Interior Design in 2000 and is currently a Full Professor and Interior Design Graduate Program Director. Her research interest focuses on historic preservation, aging-in-place, and how interiors impact health, safety, and welfare of the public. Dana has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Interior Design from the University of Southern Mississippi. She also holds a Master’s of Science degree in Interior Design with a minor in Art (Museum Studies / Historic Interiors), and a PhD in Education with a concentration in Health Behavior and Health Education with a cognate in Architecture, from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
