Dana Moody came to UTC Interior Design in 2000 and is currently an Associate Professor and head of the Interior Design Department. Her research interest focuses on the role that space plays in the aging process and how interiors impact health, safety, and welfare of the public. Dana has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Interior Design from the University of Southern Mississippi. She also holds a Master’s of Science degree in Interior Design with a minor in Art (Museology), and a PhD in Education with a concentration in Health Behavior and Health Education with a cognate in Architecture, from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
