Jessica Etheredge is an Assistant Professor in the Interior Design Department at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga (UTC). She has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Human Ecology with a focus in Interior Design from UTC. She furthered her education with a Master of Interior Design degree from the University of Florida. Currently, her research interests include design education as it relates to generational differences in learning styles, group dynamics within the classroom, and how space planning impacts our learning environments. She is a member of the American Society of Interior Designers and the Interior Design Educator’s Council. Jessica teaches coursework in Interior Lighting Design, Kitchen and Bath Planning, Contract Interiors, Volumetric Studies and Interior Materials. Her previous work included project management, interior design, and systems space planning.
