David Epperson has a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Florida College of Architecture and Fine Arts; a Master of Science and Ph.D. in planning, with a minor in Statistics from Florida State University and he received a post-doctoral grant for studies at Harvard University specializing in the design of technology applications for educational facilities. Five years in private practice, held positions for twenty-five years in state and county government in charge of major projects from design through construction. Registered architect Florida, Georgia and Tennessee (ret.) and certification by National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. Member American Institute of Architects (A.I.A.). Active in government serving five terms as Alderman and Mayor for Walden, Tennessee. Classroom disciplines 2d CAD, 3d design and project delivery systems.
