Edit Your Email Signature in Outlook 2011

Directions

  1. Open Outlook 2011
  2. Select ‘Outlook’
  3. Select ‘Preferences’
  4. Select ‘Signatures’
  5. Under the ‘Select signature to edit’ field, select the signature you want to edit
    • If this field is empty
      1. Select ‘New’
      2. Under the ‘Type a name…’ field, enter a name for your signature (ex. Default)
      3. Select ‘OK’
  6. Under the ‘Edit signature’ field, enter your preferred email signature
  7. Check the ‘Automatically include my…’ box
  8. Select ‘OK’
