The Client Services department is a combination of three separate areas, all focused on providing customer service and solutions to the UTC campus.
Email, Phone, and Remote Support
The Client Services Center supports all UTC students, faculty, and staff over the phone, through email, or by remote connection. The Client Service Center is also responsible for escalating support tickets to the other departments in IT. Please contact us by phone, email, or our Footprints ticketing system to begin all IT requests.
The Client Services Center supports UTC's student body with services such as: network registration, malware removal, software install, hardware troubleshooting, etc. If you are a current student and experiencing any technological issue, please visit us in person or call us for support.
Field Support is the University's official tech support department for University-owned equipment in offices, computer labs, and classrooms. Please contact us by phone to submit your Field Support requests.
