Help Desk Hours
The help desk and other support offices are closed for all holidays and administrative closings. Faculty and staff escalated issues are handled during normal business hours Monday - Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Phones and Remote Desktop Support:
- Sunday: Closed
- Monday - Thursday: 7:30 a.m. - 10 p.m.
- Friday: 7:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
- Saturday: Closed
Between semester coverage:
- Monday - Friday: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Walk in Support (UC Computer Lab)
- Monday - Thursday 7:30 a.m. - 10 p.m.
- Friday 7:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
