Audio Visual Services

We support students first and the instructional and academic mission of the institution by providing audiovisual equipment on and around the campus community.

AV Equipment

Our staff will deliver the equipment, set up, and help with any technical assistance prior to the start of the event.

Technology Enhanced Rooms

We support most AV technology enhanced classrooms, conference rooms, and auditoriums on campus.

Reserve Equipment: Submit an equipment reservation request (To ensure availability and on-time delivery, we require a 48 hour notice on all reservations. All equipment must be reserved.)
Hours: M-Th 7:30am-8pm, Fri 7:30am-5pm
Fees:
Technician - Applies for after-hours, weekend events, and on-site technician:
UTC Events - $25/hr, minimum 3 hrs
Non-UTC Events - $50/hr, minimum 4 hrs
Equipment - For use of all portable equipment & AV rooms:
Faculty/Staff/Students for UTC events - No charge
Community and non-UTC events - Please contact our office for pricing
