- Change your Address with Human Resources/Payroll
If you have changed your address and/or phone number email Kathy Taylor and include your personnel number (the last 6 numbers underneath your name on your payroll advice). Taking time to update your records will insure that any information mailed to your home by the State of Tennessee, including insurance, retirement, and other state benefit information, will be correctly routed.
- Change your Address for the online Faculty/Staff Directory
The online directory serves as a source of the web-based faculty and staff directory listing on the web site to keep your department and phone entry current. *Login* with your UTCID & password and *Edit Information* to update your entry.
- Change your Address if you are taking classes
If you are taking classes, you will also need to contact the Office of Records to change your address.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
For employees and their eligible dependents, regardless of whether they participate in the Group Insurance Program, who may be experiencing personal or work place problems. We encourage you to explore the state EAP website or Magellan Behavioral Health, the EAP provider. EAP services are provided at no cost and all services are strictly confidential and can be accessed 24 hours a day, seven days a week, at 1-855-437-3486. Individuals receive up to 5 (five) free counseling sessions per episode at no cost to the participant; however, sessions must be pre-authorized by calling Magellan Behavioral Health at 1-855-437-3486.
Family & Medical Leave
Job-protected leave to eligible employees for certain family and medical reasons. Family and medical leave shall run concurrently with paid leave, such as sick leave, annual leave, personal leave, workers' compensation leave, or any leave of absence without pay. An employee may request family and medical leave or the University may determine that the employee qualifies for FML and may place him/her on FML by so notifying the employee.
