Jennifer Boyd team co-teaches UHON 3560 – Topics in Natural Science: Controversies in Science. Her own research focuses on plant ecology with particular interest in the issues of species conservation and restoration, biological invasions, and plant responses to global change. Currently, she is engaged in ongoing investigations of the growth and reproductive responses of rare and federally threatened plant species, and a long-range study of connections between human disturbance and plant invasions, to assess the potential impact that non-native invasive plants may have on rare native plant species.
