Passionate about the scientific study of human behavior in the workplace, Niki Wild is a Master's candidate of Industrial-Organizational Psychology at UTC (go Mocs!). Her field interests include teams in organizations, leadership development, talent management, and organizational design/development. She is currently conducting a Master's thesis on personality, shared leadership, and team effectiveness through the Department of Psychology. A native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Niki received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a Minor in Business Administration at Louisiana State University. Niki is a recipient of the Judy V. and Earl Brown Department Scholarship Award.
Niki currently works at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga as a graduate assistant in the Office of Planning, Evaluation, and Institutional Research. She also holds a position as Human Resources Intern at Roper Corporation in LaFayette, GA. She is currently working on projects related to academic program reviews, leadership development training, and onboarding.
