We are deeply saddened by the recent national and worldwide events resulting in the loss of lives. Our hearts go out to all those impacted by these events. Acts such as these can trigger emotions of fear, anger, hopelessness, distrust and powerlessness. During these difficult times, it is helpful to talk with others to process these emotions. As part of the UTC community, the Counseling and Personal Development Center is here to provide free counseling support to all students. Our center offers consultation to faculty and staff. UTC students may visit the center from 9-11:30 and 1-3:30 for new clients and crisis services. All current counseling clients can make an appointment by calling 423-425-4438. We are located in the University Center room 338.
