Juggling Elephants: Getting the Most Important Things Done

Overview:

The half-day training, based on Juggling Elephants, follows a 6 step process to equip participants to get their most important things done both at work and in life. The six steps are:

  • Stop trying to juggle elephants.
  • Be the ringmaster.
  • Create the lineup.
  • Work with the performers.
  • Take an intermission.
  • Plan for the next performance.
 

In this seminar,  participants will learn five key strategies for improving productivity and time management:

  1. Better prioritization of tasks - not everything is a crisis.

  2. Taking more conscious control of your time and energy.

  3. Creating a concrete plan for goal setting and accomplishing tasks.

  4. Improving relationships to increase engagement.

  5. Sustaining productivity in an "always on" work environment.
