COURSE DESCRIPTION: 
This course covers the broad area of employee relations, including employee rights and responsibilities, employee satisfaction, discipline and termination processes, and managing diversity. Also covered are the basics of labor relations, including major labor laws, and the processes of organizing, contract negotiation, grievances, and arbitration.
