COURSE DESCRIPTION: 
In-depth coverage of the theories, skills and issues related to effective leadership practice in business orgranizations. Exploration of individual leadership strengths and weaknesses, ethical issues for leaders, and the roles leaders play in organizations.

COURSE DESCRIPTION: 
This course covers human resource risk management practices that help organizations to avoid or mitigate potential liabilities and provide a safe and secure working environment for employees. Includes coverage of workplace health, safety, security, and privacy. Also covered are lawa and regulations pertaining to equal employment opportunity and their impact on human resource management practices.
