Message from the Director


Rest assured that your students will be taken care of while visiting the UTC campus.  Students will stay in the newest dorms on campus, the South Campus development where they will have their own bedroom in a 4-bedroom apartment. Some meals will be ordered and delivered to our location; some meals will be eaten at local restaurants.  Most lunches will be eaten in the University Crossroads Dining Hall. Snacks will be provided throughout the day.  We will ensure that a wide variety of healthy food options are provided for students.

Students will be supervised at all times during the program by University staff and the Business Ambassadors.  Business Ambassadors are upper-level undergraduate or graduate-level students who are chosen for their maturity, level of responsibility, character and suitability as a mentor for the students.  Travel off-campus to local companies will be done in University provided passenger vans and be driven by University staff members.  Every effort will be made to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all participants.
