In today’s workplace, having the CAP credentials can be assurance of employability, pay increases, bonuses and opportunity for advancement. The CAP examination covers three main subject areas: • Office Administration • Office Systems and Technology • Management To receive CAP certification you must register and pay a fee to the International Association of Administrative Professionals. The exam is given the first Saturday in May and November. UTC is an authorized testing center for the CAP examination.
