Through daily practice, you collect a rich storehouse of raw material to draw on for creative projects. People who practice PW report increased awareness, confidence, and self-trust; improved memory; and a sense of growing intelligence and burgeoning creativity.

Metcalf and Simon, (Ballantine, 2002).
•Ms. Bright has taught Proprioceptive Writing for over
fifteen years and still works closely with Drs. Metcalf and
Simon, the originators of the process.
