The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga�s Music Department in conjunction with UTC�s Chancellors Office and Development office invite you to join us for a Gala Concert celebrating Roland Carter�s career and honoring his retirement. This event will take place on April 19th, 2013 at 7:30 p.m. at First Baptist Church at 401 Gateway Ave. in Chattanooga and will feature performances by soprano Gayle Robinson-Oturo, UTC�s Men�s Chorus, Chamber Singers and Chattanooga Singers. Also featured are special performances by Hampton University Concert Choir, Morehouse College Men�s Glee Club, and the Chattanooga Choral Society for the Preservation of African-American Song, all of whom are joining us especially for this occasion. Tickets are sold at the UTC Fine Arts Box Office for $5.00, or at the door for $10.00. Purchasing advanced tickets is highly recommended due to limited availability.
