Fiber Basics 101

Details:
In this class, students will learn about the history of various fiber types, their properties, uses, and how they interact. We will discuss wool, silk, cotton, flax, cashmere, etc. Proper fiber preparation and handling will be demonstrated. Assorted fiber samples will be provided. Great for hand spinners and weavers, as well as those who knit or crochet. All supplies included. |
